Competing in BJJ is a natural progression. You will never be discouraged to compete whilst training at de Been Wodonga. In fact, one of the best ways to learn about yourself and define your BJJ journey is to compete whether it is locally or interstate. Valuable months worth of training can be obtained in just one tournament irrespective of winning or losing.
In order to compete in all AFBJJ competitions you must have a AFBJJ membership.

IBJJF Membership Requirements
All athletes registered with IBJJF will have their graduation recognised by an official sport organisation. Keeping the athlete’s registration valid and accurate helps IBJJF to preserve the competitor’s record as an athlete or Professor.
In order to register and compete at IBJJF Tournaments all athletes must be registered with the IBJJF.
